The service representative was professional and friendly. He helped me get free uber rides while my car was being serviced. I didn't like that I have to come back again for the repair because the new hatchback motor part was defective. Also, when I picked up the car after the repair was done, the covers in the hatchback were not put back in place. Good thing the service representative had that resolved quickly.
