Service is awesome. However the dealership needs a remodeling ages ago. The children section is atrocious.

I was told the key to unlock the lug nuts was missing and so was one of the lug nuts. Tires couldn't be rotated. When I left, I immediately went to Dicount tire. They told me no key was needed and no lug nut was missing. How can that mistake happen??? Waste of my time. I was confused and not happy.
