Everything was a half hour late and eventually left without progress. Went to Burlson Toyota service center and my problem was solved by the attendant that was checking me in. Took less than 3 minutes to solve problem and be on my way!!!

The worse experience of my life I felt neglected and when I called the manager to complain he or she never called me back

poor service experience with dealership. The job was not done properly.
job was done and Ryan, my service rep. is great! However, a defective part was installed that resulted in a large oil spill on my garage floor!! This was a poor job by the tech. Now I have a huge oil stain on my garage floor. Ryan P. made sure that the part was replaced and car cleaned, but damage was done.

The service was ok. The car is fixed and that is why I was there. But I was not happy about the surprise when paying. Yes they had given me the cost in advance but did not tell me that they now add a 3% surcharge if you pay with a credit card. There was a sign on the back of the monitor when you go to pay. This is not the way to do this! It's not that it was a lot but it was the principal of the thing. They may as well ask for a Tip! I will find a different shop in the future!.
The service prices are much higher here.
