The service on my Lexus 450 was not at all good the Mechanic made the leak worse. Im afraid to take the car back because they may retaliate.

They trick you making you think that they are giving you an amount for your trade in but they cheat you by adding extra stuff on your invoice to make up for they say they are giving you for your trade in

I got an oil, and filter change. My wait time was at least two hours, As usual, the technician left black marks on my front driver's mat. The bottom of my left door had black smudges. Why do they continue to do this? Please leave my car in the condition, when I brought it in. Is that so hard to do?

My wheel cap from both front tires was in tact until i brought it for servicing and never replaced after tire rotation and am been told it might have fallen off. Someone stole or took it i need it to be investigated!!!

I got a message on my Toyota app something about my key fob. I called Vandergriff Toyota and were told to bring my vehicle in to get the second key fob. When I arrived at Vandergriff Toyota and went inside and spoke with the receptionist. I was told to drive my vehicle around to the Service Department line. I waited in there for about 10 to 15 minutes before I was greeted by a service representative. The representative told it would be 1.5 to 2 hour wait to get the key fob programmed to my vehicle.
