great buying exoerience!!!! Visited this dealer to trade in my car which was giving me transmission problems. Upon arrival i was assist by john thai, i told him my price range and my needs for what i was looking for. He got me into my new vehicle with a grest deal which exactly what i was looking for. Woukd recommend this dealership to any new buyers.

Big city not so bad I live in a small town and the closest Toyota dealer is an hour away and wouldn?t give us any discounts but I was worried about dealing with a big place like this in Dallas. Not only did I get a much better deal but everyone was so friendly. I was surprised. Chris Davis in sales and Ramsey Ruiz were both very nice and made my experience very pleasant.

Great, friendly service My Chevy pickup was giving me a lot of problems, and I had a big bass fishing tournament to fish at the Red River, so I had to get a reliable truck that could tow my boat. I found a 2005 tundra and spoke with John Thai, he gave me a great price on the truck and kept my payments the same! John was very helpful and knowledgeable about the old body style Tundras and even said he owned and loved the same vehicle. Car buying is easy!! My corolla had turned over 200k miles and it was time for a new car, I've always had Toyota so I knew exactly what I wanted. Went into Vandergriff Toyota and spoke with John Thai, he's the guy with the cool red shoes! I wanted to upgrade to a Camry se, we found what I wanted and wrapped everything up in under a couple hours!! I will def be back when in ready for my next car!!!
First GOOD car buying experience. Very impressed with the service, I was in and out with my new car within an hr or two! Good customer service and knowledgable I specifically worked with Ethan, the sales manager at Vandergriff Toyota and he was very helpful and knowledgable. It was very easy to make an appointment after emailing questions regarding the car that I was interested in.
