got screwed by Odalis Alejo in financing Purchased vehicle 9/14/23 and later got screwed by Odalis Alejo in financing at Vandergriff Toyota Arlington. After signing everything and leaving with vehicle I get call several days later to come in and resign some paperwork. I get there 9/21 and Austin Rines tells me Alejo is not in and asked him if he could have me resign. He said he did not know reason, but guessed maybe a page was missing on 9/14. Bait and switch I walked in today to buy a used Toyota Prius. They advertised it online for about 22k. When we sat down to talk price, they added an extra $7800 on the price and tried ti get us to agree to it. Do not buy a car from this dealership. This practice is illegal

They agree on price, then add more Worst experience I ever had buying a car. Their customer service is terrible and they purposely make you wait long periods of time. They also list features of the car on the website the car does not have. I pointed it out and the features are still listed weeks later. We agreed on a price over text message so I drove an hour to their dealership. They then told me the new price is $600 higher than we agreed on. I walked away. Just terrible.

Buyer Bewre. They deceptively advertise their prices on their website to entice you to come in. Then when you get there, they add a market up charge. Same with their inventory. Stay far away.

Don't trust their pricing on any car website. Looked up a Corolla Hybrid and the price on cars.com was just over 24K. The internet sales rep said that is a mistake and the price is 26.8K. This 'mistake' was made on two different Corollas and a Prius (I'm sure there are more). They do this so they will be the first car pulled up when you sort by price. Definitely will not be getting my business with these shady sales practices.

Unsatisfied I was told my vehicle needed as alignment. Back in November, 2021, you replaced the tie rods an did an alignment. There should have been no reason to need an alignment after 9 months and 5,000 miles. When I brought this up to the service advisor I was told that they were just informing me of a service that was needed; it should not have been needed! I felt they should have corrected the problem that was never fixed last November.

Robot Sales Person too pushy This sales person was trained to be a robot sales person, I don't leave close by and I keep telling him I'm internet truck shopping and that I live 2 hours away he, John, keeps asking me when is a good time to come? ok I Can let you know the price when youre Her I was asking a simple question please send me an Out the Door Price and he keeps repeating the same! he was trying to get me in no matter what, they need to train them better than robots Won't recommend the place at all
