Wait for Service I arrived at the dealership service department about 10:30 a.m. I waited at least for several minutes befor anyone came up to ask me what they could do for me. I did not time it, but felt it was a little too long. William Hays is an experienced service rep. I trusted his suggestions to service my car. The only thing I would like is to have more detail explanations about the nature and purpose of the services I need for my car.
