This was the easiest mortgage process and in record time. It was very easy to submit documents and information what to do next was very clear. I didn't have to worry if I submitted everything and if anything was missing. Excellent service!

Fanny Mae ran me through the ringer. I understand now the more you have the more you need to disclose. And my lack of computer skills with the portal and creating files was a real challenge . Everyday you needed more and more from me. My home is not an office and was not equipped for scanning and faxing. And, Adding my own long work days to this disrupted my life. But it’s over now.
