Verified Renter The place seems nice but they may need to expand their maintenance team to fit the size of the place. The leasing office is very nice and the grounds are clean.

Verified Renter Overall it’s been a good experience, the apartments are nice, the area is generally safe, and it’s a great location. I do think management has been lacking in the maintenance upkeep. The trash chutes have been full multiple times. The gate to the parking garage has been broken many times. And most recently was one of the elevators being broken for at least a month .

We have had the trash chute power washed and work continuously on keep the gates in working condition. We just hope that the drivers will slow down to not hit the gates off track.

Verified Renter It’s been a good experience so far overall. I’m in my early 20’s, single and it has great food in the area with lots to do. Check it out. Just don’t get a unit by the entry doors

Verified Renter It’s still a great Appartment complex. Nice amenities and easy access to trails. Electric vehicular chargers. Though the maintenance is not as good as it used to be.

Verified Renter I have been here for 3 years now, and I just signed my 15 month lease. I love being a part of Vantage at Spring Creek! I hope that I can check out the pools next summer because they look amazing. I love spending time in the game room playing billiards, too.
