Verified Renter I am very disatisfied with the cleanliness of the place overall. The carpets in the hallways haven’t been washed in years probably and they are sticky and stink. There is trash accumulating behind the fire doors. The roof garden area is full of spider nets above and the entire place is just disgusting. Some of the pool chairs are filthy too. The parking lot hasn't been swept in a long time too. Soot is accumulating in every corner. But the worst of all is the hallway of the 1rst floor of building B. It stinks... read more

Verified Renter I like the apartment community,it having nice nature spring walk and green view for walking and cycling. The apartment having nice corridors they maintain the temple as well.

Verified Renter One star for general property maintenance. The situation with garbage pickup and management went to unexpected level in the past few months. The apartment management allowed several times for large amount of garbage to accumulate in the trash rooms and in the parking garage. The garbage smell is all over the apartment property. Verified Renter Decent location with a grocery store and park nearby. However be warned about the pool parties playing excessively loud music into the night. The apartment has poor sound control making it difficult to sleep

Verified Renter It has been a wonderful experience living in this community. I love the location. Loved being able to walk outside and enjoy the trails. The 5th floor lounge was my favorite place to see the views and relax.
