Very happy I went with Venture Solar!!! My experience with Venture Solar overall has been great. My salesperson Jon was well informed and set the proper expectations for how my solar experience was going to go. We did run into several delays, but this was mostly due to supply chain and local permitting issues. Concord, Nh Area install The experience with Venture solar has been one of the most stress free and easy experiences for a big project. The professionalism and thoroughness of Nick during the in home consult made the decision very easy. Up front information concerning the age of our roof help avoid any surprises. Amazing experience going solar!! We just got our solar panels installed this week by Venture Solar. It was such a simple and hands free process. Panels were installed in one day. The customer service was excellent from very beginning through installation. We cannot wait to start saving on our electric bill. With zero up front cost and all the tax incentives, it just makes sense! Not to mention that doing our part to help save our planet is a great feeling.
I was having trouble understanding my account and why the solar panels were not working. Chris reviewed my account and discovered the system had not been activated. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to turn on the system and explained the meaning of the icons in my account. He answered all my questions.
Competent and Hard-Working, if a Bit Disorganized Overall I am very happy with my experience with Venture Solar. The sales person was a good combination of prompt and helpful without being nagging or overbearing. One snag was that I asked for a special change - upgrading my electrical panel to 200 amps. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I began investigating solar power for my home in early July 2022 when I was offered a quote at a local store’s kiosk... While waiting for the salesman to arrive, I googled "solar panels" to get some basic education.
