Great people, felt welcomed and made it calm and relaxing
Staff was great. Machine was to closed in.My previous experience on Hinesburg.Road with that machine. was much.better. DO NOT LIKE THIS LAYOUT OF THIS MACHINE I AM GRATEFUL TO THE YOUNG MAN WHO HELP TO KEEP ME CALM AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU TO THIS YOUNG MAN.

Hi Aline- Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Unfortunately, they are no longer making the same layout of the machine that you preferred. Our current scanner is the most TRUE OPEN MRI scanner on the market and has exceptional image quality...the scans are also much faster compared to our previous machine. We are happy to hear that Torrey was able to keep you at ease and get you through your exam...he does an excellent job. Thank you for choosing us!

The pre-registration process was efficient; Covid directions and MRI-specific directions were clear. The check-in process was quick and seamless. The MRI technician was caring and empathetic to the experience, how panicy one can feel inside the confined space. He offered support, both emotional and physical support to make me as comfortable as possible during the imaging. Big thank you to the staff at Vermont Open MRI.
