We were most happy to be able to get a,that day check out on our unit, which was not acting happy on this cold Saturday in Florida. Ends up things looked good, but needed a capacitor, which Jeff returned and accommodated us. He was most knowledgeable, very pleasant, efficient. We give him a very high 10! We will ask for him again.
