First time using Veteran’s Air Conditioning. They were highly recommended by friends in the community. From making the appointment though the service Joe kept us informed and explained the steps he was doing and why he was doing it. We ended the visit by purchasing their annual service contract. My tech (Andrew) took the time to explain all the issues that my system had. Even though I have a relatively new system it had a part that was failing. Fortunately Andrew carried the switch on his truck and was able to replace it without having to come back. I thoroughly recommend Veteran Air.

Adam was wonderful! On time and very polite. Didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don’t need. The young woman I spoke with on the phone to make the appointment was very sweet. She thanked me for my service. I will definitely recommend Veteran Air to all my friends and neighbors.
