Veteran Air is very prompt , they have same day or next day AC service. All of the service technitions are qualified experienced, and knowledgeable. Office staff are friendly and professional. I don't ever have to worry about them replacing parts that don't need to bee replaced. When they do replace a part, it is a quality part that will last the life of the unit.
