Loretty in customer service is awesome. She had Craig out at my house in less than 3 hours from the time I called, which was almost at 5 pm. She also set up a backup plan if Craig couldn’t fix my issue that evening she had a service call scheduled for the next morning. My A/C was up and running that evening. I can’t say enough about Veteran’s Air customer service and technicians! You are my A/C company now! Thanks!
