The technician came within the time period given. He was very polite and did not try and sell me anything that I supposedly needed (which many others try to do all the time). They are easy to work with.

Four work visits - a non working system was first. Diagnosed efficiently and repaired immediately- a quick dry of our sensor and a capacitor replacement. Great service! Signed up for annual maintenance after this. First service was on time and extremely thorough. Verified by a remote family member and HVAC master. Second service, even more thorough and documented by multiple photos and detailed notes. A new issue, a service within 48 hours, due to a non working thermostat, two weeks after our annual service.
