CONTINUED FROM GOOGLE: 2023This review is becoming more of a Dear Diary. Veteran's Air has truly traumatized me: my new YORK Inverter keeps losing power. They keep saying they fix it but look below: now everytime my A.C. cycles off I jump up to check the thermostat! Everytime I think it's blowing warm I run to other vents around the house; everytime I think it's been paused for longer than usual I jump up to check the thermostat! One star is too much. After spending $7200 on a complete new Trane system with duct work, we have a unit that does nothing but short cycles and after 6 service calls and no solution we sit here two months later with no air on a weekend waiting till Monday because they are toooo booked up. Beware NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Tec was good. However, I received an email wanting my experience. I called the number in response to my experience. The lady I talked to said she only makes appointments and has nothing to do with questions. What is the sense of putting a phone number to discuss your experience when the recipent of the call says she only makes appointments and cannot answer questions concerning your experience. Crazy. I give them a thumbs down.

Hello David! Thank you for reaching out. To address your concern . . .when you called in the second time, you wanted an explanation of why your service appointment cost a certain amount. The Customer Service Representative is not a trained technician and is unable to answer those types of questions. What they did is forward the information to the management team who called you back in less than one hour. That's thumbs up service in our book!
I have been using Veteran Air for 4 years, I’ve recommended so many people to them. As a naive homeowner, I trust the professionals. That mistake has final caught up to me. Be sure to educate yourself about your systems and do not rely on them to suggest all the preventive maintenance suggestions that can save yourself time, money, and protect your home. Today is my last day as their customer.

Needed repair on our A/C System. Jordan was excellent. Found the problem immediately and made the repair. I’ve had experience with other companies and Veteran is far and away the best!

I highly recommend Veteran Air! I recently moved to Florida and had a problem with the air conditioner shutting down on a Friday evening. I called Veteran Air and, despite not yet being a regular customer of theirs, I was told a technician could come out the next morning. The technician arrived as scheduled the next morning and took care of the problem.
