Had a Carrier ac with frozen coil inside unit. Tech claims coil leaking outside but ended up only needing 1 lb coolant refill. He then realizes inside unit blower fan running slow and says entire fan assembly needs replacement so pushes replacing entire system. He has a new system sales guy out to our house within the hour wanting $7500 and telling us to hurry before Trane price increase. I contacted Veteran Air after reading other reviews about service and quality of work. Doing research ahead of time did not disappoint. I had used the same service A/C service provider for the past 6 yrs and almost always felt as though I was throwing money out the window. I contacted veteran air because one of my rentals ac was blowing warm. From the way they answered the phone to the call that they had finished the installation of a new system was very professional. I was given options of different units and i made the choice to go with a Trane as the one they were replacing was 21yrs old.
