Dr. Tsang had cared for our kitty Zoey for the past year or so. We got her very young and had her spay completed at VCG (Milo). Every visit went really well and we have had zero complaints about this practice. Prices have always been discussed upfront with no surprises. After every visit they checked on Zoey and we felt truly cared for. Dr. Tsang's bedside manner and kindness got us through a difficult time when she was later diagnosed with fatal FIP. Shocked at all the 1 star reviews. I have been going to see Dr. Tsang for a few months for 3 of my dogs. He seems very caring for my doggies. He likes to explain everything thoroughly and break down the bill before even proceeding. Great bedside manners. I will continue to go to this practice!

The story is long, will try to keep it short. Dr Wellington was quick to diagnose my pets condition (a swollen paw) as possibly severe and although we went on a medical Odyssey with specialists outside of Milo, (nobody wants to accept the worst) there was no judgment, she was beyond compassionate and supportive.. She was also correct at the onset that it was severe and unfortunately my cat's condition ended up being undiagnosable and terminal. The best vet I've ever been to! Not only do they follow up ASAP, they care about you and your fur baby! Dr. Wellington is a sweetheart and really took care of my pup. The whole team and business model is perfect. Really well ran and professional. I cannot recommend Milo enough. To all the pet owners, please switch to Milo! They care about your fur babies and always provide the best services and hospitality.

First brought my Yorkie puppy here when we first purchased him from the pet shop. The care provided to him was so good I had to bring my Shiba Inu for her yearly check up. Their schedule is so convenient for people like me who's free time us during the weekend. They have great check up packages that save you money. I love how they contact you after your pets visit and the day after to see how they are doing. Most places don't do that. Look forward to continue my pets care here at Milo!

Dr Tsang and his staff are truly amazing. I brought my dog here for a checkup and was blown away by how efficient they are. I was initially greeted by Kimberlee. She is so genuine, kind and full of knowledge. I understand how busy the doctors are so it is extremely important to have someone on the frontlines equipped with the right information to answer all questions and concerns. She did that and more! I've had animals my whole life and used different vets in NYC. Milo Is by far the absolute best. They are super knowledgeable, warm, accommodating and reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised by how clear they were in giving me the diagnosis and breakdown for my dog's procedure and expenses. The entire staff I spoke with were super professional. The entire process of getting my puppy seen and neutered was seamless. They communicate mainly via phone call/text and are thorough and on top of their scheduling and updates. No hidden fees. No unfair pricing. After we had blood work done, the vet called us same day to explain the results. After the neutering surgery, the vet called us within an hour to update us of the surgery and how our dog was doing.
