The customer service here is awful! My husband had an appointment for our dog today at 6:40 pm and when he arrived they were rude and told him he was late and that they couldn't take our dog. The manager was standing there and told my husband they would take him. The person standing there said I guess since my manager overrode my decision. My husband proceeded to show them the 6:40 pm appointment time and instead of acknowledging they were wrong, they told him he was on time. Yes, he is on time!! I want to start by saying Erica and Justin were great with me and my dog Coco. Now Dr. Cohen is the reason I probably will not be returning to Milo. First of all her neurotic and condescending behavior made me completely uncomfortable from the moment she walked into the exam room. She was completely unprofessional to me and the tech and repeatedly made me feel like I was a terrible dog owner. I have been coming here with my dog since she broke her little leg.It's been already in this location 3 times and all I can say the doctors is very nice but you don't see them because they basically not let anyone inside because of COVID.Which is cost more stress and it's so uncomfortable to wait outside and Discuss everything on the phone whenever they check your pet.People who check in your pet right by the door outside very rude !!!I saw the women who comes pick up my dog smoked and to be honest it's cost discomfort becau... read more

Don't go here!!!!!!!! The amount of money that I've thrown away here is disgusting. First lets start with the fact that my dog had a hot spot on his tail which I took him in to get tested for because it was bothering him. At first, Dr. Tsang was very good over the phone, explaining everything in detail. He then told me that we may need to pay 1-3K to get it removed. I want to start this review by acknowledging I have only given 3 negative reviews in 15 years. My dog has gone to the same groomer in this neighborhood for 11 years and went to Felton Veterinary (which I paid top dollar for, it's still NYC) for 10 years (before they lost their lease due to gentrification and bigger corporations coming to the neighborhood). Despite staff are nice I won't bring my dog back there. Not only they charged me $300 for office visit and ear cleaner and med, my dog had very bad reaction from the med it nearly killed her. I googled the possible side effects and those are exactly what she had. She had had different ear medication from other vets before and never had any issues. Too bad the location is super convenient for me.

They were dishonest from the beginning and were condescending on the phones. I'm not a Karen but they literally just want to get you in by luring lower prices but then charge you like crazy once you're in. Never going there ever again.

I bought my puppy here about 3 times and was happy about their service but today they lost a customer! My dog has parasites and I was coming for a follow up visit but I was 2 minutes late from The grace period and they turned me away! Mind you the time it took me to call the number for them to come Outside to get my dog probably took a minute. That's not how you treat a loyal customer!!

Extremely rude and unprofessional manager and staff. They claimed that I didn't have an appointment and when I spoke to the lady that booked it she just laughed and told me I was mistaken. My poor wife had to drag our sick kitten out in the heat next to their very noisy location (next to train tracks) for absolutely nothing. They were not sympathetic and did nothing to help fix the situation. Be careful for Kimberly she may be the new "Karen". Avoid at all cost.
