When I saw that Milo had opened next to my house I tought it was the perfect place to take my kitten. Looks modern, nice and the first experiences were great. Then my cat had an emmergency. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. We've been brining our puppy here since we got him at 2 months old. We got all him up-to-date on his shots and thought this place was great, initially. Recently our pup, who is now 5 months old developed an open raised wound on his tail and something that looks like an infection on his paw. We took him to the vet thinking they'd clean the open wound and give him some antibiotics or some topical cream. I never make negative reviews but I really have to. I brought my dog in after moving to the Brooklyn area and this was the closest vet. I brought him in for a quote on a growth removal and teeth cleaning. The whole visit was $200+ and they gave me a quote of $2,900 for the entire procedure. I had to just laugh. They put things like "microchip" and literally anything and everything I haven't had done to my dog on the quote for the procedure. Went to Milo because they were within the area and had open availability when other local vets were fully booked for weeks during COVID-19. Booking was simple and everything is through text messaging. My first visit was with Dr. Victoria Wellington who administered the final puppy vaccinations (or so I thought). I never get on Yelp to make reviews because I try not to be the person who complains about the small mistakes that naturally happen. But I can not stress this enough-- do NOT go to this Vet. My 8 week old puppy had a terrible ear infection and they didn't catch it. I told them something was not right, they wrote me off. They said it's "normal for puppies to scratch their ears".
