The person that knocked on our door was very pleasant, we agreed to have them give us an estimate. We were told that it would take about an hour when they called to confirm the visit. The salesperson was in our home for over 3 hours. We were given an initial estimate for over 90k for siding and windows for a **** square foot home. Then the amount came down to 70k, and the more we insisted that we were not ready to make a decision the amount kept coming down. I receive multiple calls a week from Victory for sales. *** told them Im not interested and if I am I will contact them. *** asked numerous times to be removed from their call list, which still hasnt happened. They are pushy and not complying to my opt out request.

This is a formal complaint against Victory Home Remodeling for employing business practices that infringe upon our civil rights and may be in violation of state & federal anti-discrimination laws.My wife and I are being unjustly subjected to Victorys discriminatory policy that stipulates both homeowners must be present for a sales visit, a requirement that appears oblivious to the exigencies of public service. All employees that i dealt with were pleasant. But Victory Home Remoldeling unable to place gutters on my whole house. So I told the Gutters inspector I was cancelling contract. I told the inspector before he left i wanted a signed document that it was cancelled. He stated he needed to make a call then told my partner it was cancelled & left before supplying with a signed cancellation.
