Four of us went to Vida Saturday night. The food was sublime. We all ordered different things and shared tastes - the dishes were inventive and very tasty. The waiter was very attentive, and while the restaurant is not exactly quiet, the noise level is lower than a lot of restaurants, and it was easy to have a group conversation. The portions are not large, but we all left feeling satisfied, and actually it was nice to not feel stuffed - I value quality over quantity. Vida is my new favorite restaurant in Indy.
Each of the 4 courses were excellent. Consistently great food and service.
Service was excellent. Cocktails were the best. We enjoyed our meals. Food was prepared well and presentation was very good. It may have been what I selected, lamb, but it was not spectacular. The staff did a great job getting us out on time for the theater.
Good food, good service....our server was quite knowledgeable but did not over do it. We particularly like the option of the course meals or can do ala carte...
The food was excellent. The service was exceptional. The atmosphere was very good for couples and large groups
Overall, good food, but fois gras appetizer was too sweet. Everything else was very good.
Excellent dinner at Vida! I had the pork tenderloin and daughter had swordfish. Would highly recommend. Only addition I would suggest is that the tables could use a candle or flower. There was nothing and it was a little dark.
Choose the six course chef tasting menu. Always. Every course a masterpiece. And they even halved the wine pairings for me, as well as subbed a chef selection dessert for my husband.
The food was excellent! The service was good but sometimes slow. I have to come back to Indianapolis in June and will definitely comeback to this restaurant with my friends.
