Another amazing restaurant from the Cunningham group! Our waiter was wonderful and welcoming us and explaining the restaurant since this was our first time. Menu items were explained. They have and incredible and unique menu. The food presentation was amazing! They have an extensive wine list. You can order items al a carte or part of a tasting menu. Vida was one of the best dining experiences my wife and I have ever had. Service was impeccable and every dish that hit our table was a fantastic blend of sights and flavors. We ordered the 4-course meal and expectations were exceeded. This date was our "babymoon," or last "nice" dinner between the two of us before my wife delivers sometime in the next two weeks. The staff attended to our every need and was pleasant throughout the night. Probably my favorite restaurant in Indianapolis. Extremely satisfied!!
The dining experience at Vida is unsurpassed in Indianapolis. The food is fresh and creative. The salad comes from the wall of greens right there in the restaurant, and it tastes oh so fresh....Our party of six had several different entrees and we loved all of them. Definitely a go-to place, even if its price point is on the "high" side.
Vida commands a place among the top restaurants. The pre fixe menu had wonderful choices for all courses. The halibut with leek risotto was a stand-out. The table service is exquisite, and worthy of 3-star restaurants in France. Our table captain was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about he the menu, patient in explaining choices and attentive after the order was taken. Courses were delivered for all guests at the table simultaneously, promoting the flow of the meal. It was a great evening.
Great restaurant for those who want an innovative meal. Fresh ingredients start with the wall of lettuce. We went for the $65 prix fixe menu and every option looked great. The flavors of each dish blended beautifully. The manager paired a South African Chenin Blanc that was a great choice and the wine mark-up is reasonable. I am a diabetic and the server worked with the kitchen to find a desert that worked.
Amazing experience for Mother's Day. We went for the Mother's Day brunch and had an amazing time. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and was right on time with making our dining experience a memorable one. I had the short ribs on brioche and my sister had the wild mushroom omelette with goat cheese. The plating was fabulous and the taste was undeniably soothing, delicate, and delicious. I had first gone to Vida for Mother's Day in 2016 and with my return for 2017 this will now become a tradition.
Overall, we're fans of Vida, but the dishes can be pretentious and the prices high. Their special Mothers' Day menu was neither. Chef started us out with a generous amuse-bouche and we ordered the pastry plate to share, which was delicious. The brunch biscuits and gravy, and the Benedict were interesting twists on old favorites. The Bloody Marys topped it off, and three of us experienced a wonderful meal for under $100.

We really enjoyed our night out. The food was great, the service was great, and the ambiance was nice and relaxing. We are at the bar and had a drink on the patio afterward. Would highly recommend.
