Great location and building. Tasting concept is ok but there could be a few more selections for each course. Less options than R Bistro had. Everything nicely presented. Very flavorful, but the filet mignonette, course while good was overly salted. Seems to be a repeating problem in Indy restaurants. Service was attentive however all the servers needed to speak a little louder.
Wish I was in love with this place as so many others seem to be. This was my third visit and I didn't write an earlier review. But after three just "good" meals for very large bills, I had to write. No doubt ingredients are top quality but portion to price ratio is lacking. A four course tasting menu was filling, but I normally don't eat four courses; ordering two would not have been enough. Great birthday celebration evening. Food preparation was elegant and tasty with service good. Highly recommend if you are looking for refined experience in Indy.
Vida never disappoints. Always wonderful menu options and excellent service. Hard to get a reservation on weekends so book early. It's well worth it.
I've eaten at Vida numerous times and they never disappoint. Atmosphere is great, food is outstanding as well as the cocktails. Our server could of been a little more friendly. He seemed overly serious and never came by the table to even ask us how our meals were. Luckily everything was fabulous except for our servers personality:((
The only complaint was they were out of numerous wines
Great experience for our 32nd anniversary. Only reason food didn't get all five stars was that there wasn't enough of everything. Then again, it was a six course chef's "tasting" menu, so maybe I should reconsider that fifth star!
This is a fabulous restaurant. Everything was perfect!
The food was amazing. The presentation was great and the servers were very helpful in describing the menu and the multi-course meal.
