We dined at Village Café on Tuesday, March 14th and we had Liz and Angie as our waitresses, and both were very responsive and made several suggestions on the menu and answered all of our questions. Miguel is the chef at the restaurant and every dish is an artistic adventure! They take reservations which can be made off of their web site, and the brunch can be busy so a reservation is recommended.
