when I lived with my mom here there was mold in our bathroom and they just put paint over it. We also had a pigeon in our vents. We make many complaints. They basically let it die and there. They have tried kicking me out for explaining a situation to them, accusing me of threatening them which I never did. Now I live with my boyfriend who is also staying here. He has mold in his bathroom as well. They have yet to take care of it. Our fridge has been leaking over 6 months. We have made many complaints all they do is deny it.... read more

RecommendedAffordable. Ghetto. Not the worst place in town. If you're nice to the staff you'll have a good experience. If you dont know how to smile at other humans you're going to have a bad time. Pick up after your dog or they charge you $25+ a poop! Matinence can be seen every morning picking up sloppy peoples cigarette butts and trash. 5 gal bucket and a little grabber does wonders. 5 star review to those guys. Unfortunately, many apartment listing websites post community information and prices that are inaccurate but we cannot change them without paying them. Worst place to live in all of Reno. All they want is money from you. Anytime anything is broken it takes days for it to get taken care of. They can't hold onto any kind of management or maintenance. I would rather live on the streets then at the horrible complex.
RecommendedI have been here going on 3 years now and I love it. All of the staff are wonderful. The maintenance crew is awesome and always ready to fix something I screw up haha. Even carried my groceries in because I was trying to be wonderwoman and carry them all in one trip. Talk about going above and beyond. Kristy and Michelle run the office and they do an amazing job! It not a bad place to live unless there is a leak or something that needs to be fixed. Put in a work order and wait 1 month for them to come out and "look" at the problem: Mold in the bathroom. They then treat you like an idiot and say it's not, there's just a crack and that they can seal it. When reported to the office that they did nothing they don't care and say there's nothing wrong.
