The complex is old, 40+ years old and It shows in the the cabinets, doors, bathroom and a very small kitchen. Apartments on the freeway side are essentially as sound proof as a tent. The freeway noise is deafening such that the TV must be raised just hear it. A problem that could be fixed with a sound wall as was done with an apartment complex next door or replace all windows and patio door with double pane types. However the apartment was clean considering its age.
