Received a coupon for a oil change and made an appointment. When I arrived I was told they weren't honoring the coupon even though it was not expired. Brandon the manager gave me a completely different reason for not accepting the coupon than the service technician. It was a complete bait and switch operation. We have bought 2 cars from Village Pointe and was planning to buy a 3rd soon but they will never receive another red cent from me. You could not pay me to go back to this place. Wouldn’t even give them one star. Poor attentiveness and NO communication. Had made an appointment over a week prior and when I arrived no one approached me. For minutes. I had to walk up to someone and ask what was going on. Then I was neglected in a filthy, and I mean FILTHY children’s room for three hours after being told it wouldn’t take more than two. I 100% regret my purchase. The finance team lied through their teeth and used high pressure sales tactics to seek an over priced car warranty. There is a reason they don’t give you time to read the warranty. Brian Sharp circled a paragraph on all the things it did not cover. This was a lie because the paragraph below it lists more things it doesn’t cover.
