Great experience I recently purchased a used car from Village Pointe Toyota. From working with the salesman (Jose Lopez) to the finance department the whole experience was great. Jose was always prompt and courteous with my inquiries and the negotiation of the car. Overall great experience.

Great experience from a first time car-buyer Rusty Russell was wonderful to work with when shopping for my first new/used car. I was a first time car buyer, new to Nebraska, and very nervous about shopping on my own. Rusty answered all of my questions and explained every step of the process to me along the way. One awesome sales consultant! Rusty went above and beyond to tailor the buying experience to my preferences, time constraints, and level of information needed. In the final negotiations, he made the deal happen. As a 'mature' tech challenged woman, Rusty was so patient and thoroughly clear in explaining 'techie' stuff for the vehicle. He exceeded my expectations for customer service by a huge amount!

Great Experience All of the people I met with were very helpful and knowledgable. This was my first car buying experience and it made me more comfortable for the next time. The salesperson explained everything thoroughly and was very nice. On top of it, I got a great deal on a new car!

Amazing car buying experience! They treated us amazing! Our salesman was amazing! He wasn't like your typical pressuring you or nagging you. He helped us then let us decide! Was an AMAZING car buying experience from everyone there, but it definitely started with our salesman Greg Brady! The waiting area is better than any I've ever seen! We will only ever shop here and plan on referring anyone we know wanting to buy a vehicle to Village Pointe Toyota!!
