Quick, Easy, Professional Car purchasing experience. Met Rusty Russell on the lot and after reviewing the Toyota Avalon online decided to go for a test drive. Rusty was professional, funny and helpful throughout the purchasing process. No haggling over the numbers and felt i got a great deal for the car. exceptional customer service! Both my husband and I were impressed by the professional nature of Rusty Russell. Rusty took time and patience in helping us find the right vehicle for our needs. He spent a lot of time explaining the technology on the dash. He made us feel comfortable asking the minor questions. This was our best car buying experience.
