Fast and easy We were interested in the used the Toyota Highlander we saw on line. After submitting a request for more information, Julia got us in touch with the salesman (Jason) who brought the vehicle to our home and let us test drive it over the weekend! When we decided to purchase it (and trade in our Rav), everything was handled efficiently over the phone and via email. Communication with Julia, Dave and Jason was excellent. Jason even brought the final paperwork to our home for completion.
Purchased new (used) truck Overall pleasant experience. Jason was great and helped me out. He made the experience clean ans easy. Their finance folks were a little too pushy with their extra warranty stuff.

Bob and myself went to Village point Toyota to get work done on a our 07 Tundra. In the service department Lorenzo Ricardo stayed on top of everything and gave us peace of mind everyday and sometimes 2x a day. All why we went through the process of fixing our Tundra. Unusual Circumstances We visited the dealership really a few days before the situation of the pandemic was realized. Jason's sales demeanor was good with no pressure. He accommodated my desire for a red Rav 4 which they didn't have on the lot. He found one in Des Moines and had it delivered to Omaha.
