I moved in around May of 2025. I have submitted numerous maintenance requests repeatedly regarding Uncut tree's, poison Ivy and trash large trash including furniture that wasn't visible because of the over growing trees and weeds. The gutters were not addressed before my move in. I put in maintenance request for this not addressed. Basement floods when raining. Put in maintenance request yet to be addressed. I have multiple complaints of this company on this site and have experienced the same situations. The only time you all care to do something is when someone makes a complaint on the BBB. You all have known since January 2025 that you were not renewing leases at all this year with your properties in Georgia yet you wait only 107 days to send people the non renewal. I am a current resident of Vinebrook Homes. This is the worst company I have ever rented a home from. I am currently researching tenant rights because this company has me and my family living in moldy conditions. My home has not been renovated updated or even routine maintenance since I have lived there. I reported to the maintain company 2 months ago that i had a small leak under my sink. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH VINEBROOK. Our experience with Vine brook Homes has been frustrating and disheartening despite going through several hardship that were beyond our control, the company showed no willingness to understand or work with us We were late on rent a lot and instead of offering support options, they were quick to penalize us, and harassed and charge excessive fees. I’m in an not safe home with faulty electrical wiring and have reported to no avail no electrician has been called as requested multiple times
No concern for tenants or property. I reported concerns about sidewalk and property, both township ordinances, and was told they were Vinebrook's reaponsibility. Nothing has been done. It is not fair to the tenants who live there or the neighbors who are trying to keep property values up.
If I could give it a negative five stars I would all they care about is the money they don’t care if it’s black mold in the home then they going to lie and say call us we can’t call yall everybody has to leave a message then if you email them they still don’t answer not even the owner so I got a lawyer on my cousin case and I called code enforcement they shouldn’t be in business because they don’t care
Overall Great House because I assume it was recently renovated before I moved in years ago, I say that because of all the other reviews I have read. I raised an issue about their stove injuring my leg and they recalled lease renewal offer. They sent request for proof of 100k liability insurance, I sent that, and their insurance partner approved, still no response. I'm going on almost 5yr with vinebrook and I hate every single bit of it. I rent a "3" bedroom but what they are calling a "3rd" bedroom is an attic storage place and completely unliveable in the summer. I've submitted tickets every year for the same issues. Its currently 91 inside my house and it's been 3 days since I submitted a work ticket. My kids and I have asthma and we can't even hardly be in the house because we can't breathe.
