I have had an AMAZING experience with Vinebrook homes. Victoria was helpful and kept me updated every step of the way, and helped me find the perfect home for myself & my family. Stephanie & Erica were welcoming from the moment I walked into the leasing office. And they were there to answer all my question i had during the lease signing process. They have been a wonderful team to work with. My family loves our new home!!
Even though I don't rent from them anymore, I'd have to say they were the best rental company I've had in the Columbia area. If anything broke, they fixed it right away, unlike other companies. The home I rented from them was in a wonderful neighborhood with the best neighbors. When my 24 year old ( brain tumor)passed away, all the neighbors were so great and kind. My husband and I have been looking for a home to rent. We found a nice home in a good area and had set up an appointment to view the home. The agent had called to confirm the appointment and I had called them back and the agent was really rude. Come time to meet at the home to view at 2:30pm nobody showed up. I had called and the agent said yes someone would be there and again was very rude saying nothing about an eta or anything. We stayed at the property for 45 mins waiting and nobody showed. I have been calling for weeks about a “listing” Keep getting a call center. This sounds like a total scam. Absolutely ridiculous. Stop listing homes on Trulia. They’re not ever available. Even to VIEW. Nonexistent “agents” and the RUNAROUND.
While we generally keep to ourselves regarding matters with the rental company, recognizing the challenges they face due to their size and scope, I must express concern over the lack of communication and urgency within their maintenance department. It is imperative that a management company, regardless of the time or day, ensures their maintenance staff are available 24/7.
