They didn’t deserve the one star I was forced to give them. In placed a request for my ac unit to be fixed. They send out maintenance men to check out the ac first instead of sending a certified hvac technician. The maintenance guy rigged it up so it ends up working for a few days. Went back out they send another maintenance guy instead of a hvac . Here we are today a month into this problem and it’s still broken note in mind it’s 100 degrees outside. If I could I would give ZERO stars!!!! VineBrook Homes took over my home in October of 2021 and it has been hell on wheels ever since!!! For beginners... AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!! VineBrook has a lot of unresolved maintenance issues. One main issue is there has being mold in my basement and in other parts of my home throughout the YEARS. I want to start off saying, we have had a problem with the air 3 times, the system gets covered in ice, we submit our repair list they take a long time getting it fixed. Then when we think it’s done it iced up agin they take their time fixing it. This company is the absolute worst company ever to rent from. I have went to the local off to may my rent and they will not except it nor a partial payment. They would rather force you out of your home than to take your money when your lease it up. Do not rent from them as they are the absolute worst. They don’t make repairs timely nor do they call before they send someone out, so they can charge for not being able to access your home to make repairs. Their customer service could not be worse. You can’t get anyone on the phone, I’ve been calling for days. You can’t message them on social media, their comments are turned off on all posts. I’ve been without a/c for days, I have active mold growing, I’ve had to hire my own maintenance help countless times and the house is falling apart.

Vinebrook homes in Huber heights, OH. our AC went out Thursday 6/13/24 , maintenance guy Karl came out Friday 6/14/24 replaced blower in furnace and it blew. Told us he would provide a 5,000 btu portable ac. He told us they will come out Monday 6/17/24 but if it gets too hot before then we can call the emergency number for more portable ac or window units. I move from one of Vinebrook Homes here in Montgomery, Al. Had to move out 6 month before the lease expired with a roommate that removed all my information from the portal. I communicated all information to Frederick Harvey who is employed with Vinebrook Homes of the situation and why I had to moved. Got a letter from the courts they were suing me for 1019.00 because the other party stayed in the home after I moved. DO NOT RENT FROM VINEBROOK!! They are horrible back when we had the Tornado on Memorial Day , it messed up my house where animals and etc was getting inside. I tried for months and even have proof for them to fix my house and they didn’t! My lease was up in October so I left a month before because the house was completely not safe for me and my child to live in with rodents!!
