Huntsville al They have a wonderful maintenance department Johnathan is on top of every issue. He is a pleasure to work with and very efficient. Today I had to call the call center and Robin was also great so pleasant. I am very pleased with vinebrook on Huntsville al. Marsha T***** resident

I want to give props to the Cincinnati maintenance team. My heat was out during this current cold snap we are having. I had Duke Energy check the pilot light and that was not the issue. I put in a maintenance request around 3 am on 11/13/2022. Someone from the maintenance department was already at my home early this morning and the heat is now working. My grandchildren and I thank you very much for the quick response time!!!

I rent from then late on rent they locked my portal to pay rent so now it’s the weekend and they are going to add more late fees never comes out for maintenance calls sick of them and will be seeking court here soon

This rental agency gets no stars. I have been living here for three years, and they go up on my rent every year. They never come out and fix anything. I have a central air unit that I cannot use because they never fixed it. We recently had a flood, and it has been a month since they did not come to remove the water, nor have they fixed the leaky roof. This is a true definition of a slum-lord.

Keep Your Money! My rent has gone from 1100 to almost 1500 in two years. They throw a bunch of fees around and they have people that are not good at maintenance do the maintenance work to save money. They have a team of unlicensed people doing jobs they are not qualified for, and they rent out poorly maintained homes and expect YOU to fix it for FREE. This is an awful agency. They will ask you to pay for a background check and deny you a rental. You are not buying a house you just renting. Nothing on background denied because of that. Obviously they just want to rip off people by paying that application fee. They don't reach out to your property manager to ask about rental history. Everyone in the local branch don't follow any rules and don't acquire any manners.

The following is how my experience is going with this company: Ugh the frustration. A busted pipe is not an emergency to them and even if it were, they respond to emergencies in 2 business days. My request has been assigned and I sat at home an entire day waiting for someone because there is no way to know when some one will show up. I packed me and my son up and went to a family members house to shower and get ready for our week. My rent is never late, my home and yard are well maintained. I moved in around May of 2025. I have submitted numerous maintenance requests repeatedly regarding Uncut tree's, poison Ivy and trash large trash including furniture that wasn't visible because of the over growing trees and weeds. The gutters were not addressed before my move in. I put in maintenance request for this not addressed. Basement floods when raining. Put in maintenance request yet to be addressed.
