I left 1 because that's the lowest. My experience is from applying and wanting to rent several properties. The local agent basically does not respond to anything. You get through on the 800 number however no one local ever calls. They basically took my money for the application fee something came up in error and no one will respond to help work through or deal with the situation. Probably for the best after seeing all the glowing reviews.
I have been trying to get my tile redone since last year. I let it go because I thought I was going to relocate. In April 2023 I start putting in work request it’s November and no one still hasn’t fixed it.
This company does not care about anything other than collecting money from tenants. Since I signed my lease with them in August of '22 I have put in 7 plumbing tickets with them. All they do is patch work but not actually fix the problem. I have gone as long as a week and a half without being able to take showers, wash clothes or flush the toilets. I wish we’d read the reviews on this company before renting from them! I honestly don’t see how their still in business! INCOMPETENCE is a kind word to describe the service from them. There are some people that really try to help, but there are those that are arrogant, snobby, and rude. Our initial realtor Lakesha was GREAT! She answered every question that we had. RT VineBrook Homes doesn't care about their residents. Do not rent from the property management / company/ LLC owners.. You would seriously regret that you ever became a resident. They have managed to put the GCWW account of their tenants into the landlord and management name: VineBrook Homes, then they pay your GCWW bill associated to your place of residency without your knowledge, then later, once you have knowledge of this is what has taken place, you soon discover the amount is added on to your rent ledger. This is honestly my last option. I rent the home on *** ****** ****** ********** **, I have been having issues since moving here in Nov of 22. As of 08/01, I have had it. I have been calling almost every day for the property manager or any manager to get in contact with me about the mold in this home that has started making me and my mom who is on dialysis and oxygen sick.
