So. I definitely wanted to leave a great review, the experience I had with the leasing agent was A+. She was great. They worked so fast getting me in this house and worked hard getting me approved. I was very satisfied. Until after we got moved in….. first I had to call a technician out to get my fridge fixed because it wasn’t getting cold. Three days later they made it and the fridge works now , I can deal with that. I get threating letters every month and they also also try to put an eviction on me when sometimes times get rough. I need my rent lower a couple people a person can’t even have a peace of mind not only that I fixed ac they never got back to me about taking the amount off my rent for reimbursement. They is full of it. Then they have customers service that don’t do squat.
Would give less than one star but it won’t let me. I moved from my home I rented from them I tried to get a final bill from them and all they would tell me was that they would pass on the message and get back to me. Fast forward to 5 months later I was sent to collections for failure to pay the last bill on the home when they wouldn’t return my phone calls. I strongly advise not to rent from them.
My mom has been living in one of their houses for at least 4 years only things that they have fixed was stuff she had to go to the health department on everything else in the house she had to fix herself it's not really a good neighborhood it's really a bad neighborhood where she lives so she was thinking about moving and because they raising the rent and not even fixing anything but her house was not ready to be moved in and she didn't know she was still in her lease she had two days left to leave my 90-year-old auntie live... read more
I left 1 because that's the lowest. My experience is from applying and wanting to rent several properties. The local agent basically does not respond to anything. You get through on the 800 number however no one local ever calls. They basically took my money for the application fee something came up in error and no one will respond to help work through or deal with the situation. Probably for the best after seeing all the glowing reviews.
I have been trying to get my tile redone since last year. I let it go because I thought I was going to relocate. In April 2023 I start putting in work request it’s November and no one still hasn’t fixed it.
This company does not care about anything other than collecting money from tenants. Since I signed my lease with them in August of '22 I have put in 7 plumbing tickets with them. All they do is patch work but not actually fix the problem. I have gone as long as a week and a half without being able to take showers, wash clothes or flush the toilets. Vinebrook need to be shut down how are they even in business this place is unprofessional they don't fix issues they fix these trash houses up long enough to get a tenant then all the stuff they rigged up fall apart you never can talk to anyone from this place it's a answer service it's horrible my electricity is bad in this house you turn the kitchen light off everything including the refrigerator shuts off the floors is bulging up from what I'm told insulation is poor on the other side of the house the floors is sinking in... read more
