Mostly good experience. Rob failed to communicate when I reached out the week prior to the closing. He should have had a colleague respond rather than waiting until 5:00 pm the Friday before closing. putting me in a very stressful situation. This was the only setback in an otherwise good experience and I already have recommended you to 2 friends.

You folks know what you're doing!!! Not like most mortgage companies where they involve many other people into the mix and don't talk to each other. (Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing).
