From beginning to end, my experience with Tim was great and he was very consistent and knowledgeable. He answered all my big and small questions thoroughly and respectfully. My wife and I were first-time homebuyers and couldn't have been happier with our experience with Tim Duvall and Academy Mortgage.

A few years back I refinanced with Tim and he made the process so easy. I never once felt lost. He is a very nice guy and very helpful.I would recommend Tim To anyone refinancing or purchasing a home.

Tim worked with me from day one to ensure I knew absolutely everything about the process. A first time home buyer, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and I could tell that he cared about me as a customer. He followed through usually same day and was very patient with me. I was nervous because usually someone with a lot of experience can get annoyed with someone who doesn't understand everything but he did not. Since I am self-employed, in ministry, and had recently returned from living internationally for an extended period of time, my mortgage application was "a little bit" complicated. Even though my credit rating is very high, some lenders did not even want to consider me. Tim is amazing. My wife and I used him to purchase our home last year. I've had some terrible mortgage experiences working with large banks. Tim restored my faith in mortgage brokers. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond when I had questions or needs. We've referred many friends to Tim and have always heard great things from them on their experience with him as well.
