Tim is a great guy, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond to make the client happy. He made an honest mistake on my interest rate and he went to bat and got me the rate he had quoted. Top notch service!!

Tim helped us purchase our first home. He walked us through all of the paperwork and was extremely helpful given that we had conducted most of our business from out of state.

Tim supported us as our mortgage Broker for our last house which proved to be very beneficial and easy as we went through the process. He helped us find the best rate for our mortgage. Just recently, we chose to move to buy a home in another state and Tim connected us with an advisor in that state which made the process much less stressful as we navigated the purchase and make the move.

We had two excellent experiences with Tim and his team. They were able to quickly deal with any unexpected issues and were very prompt in responding to any requests or questions we had. They were especially helpful in demonstrating and laying out all of the financing options to us and in helping us compare and find the best one for our situations.

Tim has helped us with three mortgages (one re-finance and two new purchases) and has provided fantastic service each time. He was extremely responsive to inquiries. He also provided great expertise for one purchase that turned out to be much more complicated than originally anticipated.

Tim is very knowledgeable and all around a great person. Having a trustworthy friend handling your mortgage is a real plus and something that shined through during the process. It's never fun going through the mortgage process but he made it as simplistic and streamlined as possible. 5 stars!

Working with Tim was a great pleasure. We had a VERY bumpy time in our mortgage due to personal items and while the realtor, title company and seemingly everyone else was getting impatient and losing faith in us, it seemed Tim had nothing but helpful advice to help us through, and guide us. We also got the lowest mortgage rate I think we possibly could have. Now we are really in our dream house. Thanks Tim!

Rob and team were most helpful in the mortgage application and approval process. After all the required documents were filed it seemed like 'days' before we heard the outcome. If either Rob or a team member was not available, an equally knowledgeable agent followed through or was available to answer any question(s) we had. Each treated us professionally and conscientiously for which we thank them.
