We have done refi's with Tim in the past and if we have the need in the future we will do another with him. Tim keeps the prices simple and to the point explaining options and answering questions along the way.

Tim helped us with our home loan 4 years ago. He (and his staff) did a fantastic job of keeping us updated on the process, talking through detailed options we had to make sure we made the best decisions possible as well as made sure the mortgage process went smoothly. We have had horrible experiences in the past with a home mortgage and Tim really changed our perspective of what this process should be like. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home mortgage.

Tim provided invaluable assistance to myself and to my tenants when I decided to sell my house to my renters. He not only helped my tenants secure a loan to buy my house, but he also advised them about a county program that could help with their down payment. Tim and his team really are patient and wanting to help. Even though they do this day in and out, they make you feel that you're their priority. They work for you and want to earn your business. They match and beat rates of competitor and realized their intent to bless me when I filed my returns and learnt of the HUD breakdown I can take advantage of. My next house lender is already determined.

Tim helped us find the best mortgage for our situation (first time home buyers with not enough money for a good enough down payment for a conventional mortgage) and helped us throughout the entire process, even as different individuals were handling the details. He was quick to answer all my questions and find the answers for anything he didn't know immediately. I will definitely go back to Tim for my next home mortgage if I happen to be purchasing again in this area.
