Well have to say customer service is not their strong point. Said it would be an hour for a pizza We wait an hour and forty minutes for the pizza and finally call and the person on the phone said I am not sure where your pizza is you will have to wait longer Asked how much longer she says 20 plus minutes Ask for a manager and she says sorry not available You ask to talk to someone in charge besides the call taker and they say you will have to wait You question you have to wait for a manager and they tell you at least 5 ... read more

Ordered 2 pizzas, after waiting an hour and 15 minutes called to check status of delivery. Was told order was sitting there and would be delivered soon. 25 minutes later our 2 pizzas arrived, one fresh one slightly warm. Called to complain and was told that only one pizza was cooked and they then had to cook the second after our call. Vita Bella did not seem concerned with our complaint when we called to voice our displeasure. Order at your own risk, maybe it will be a good day for them or not. But we won't take that chance ... read more

Service is very poor. Every single time I order I give an extra 10 minutes and when I go in they always say it should be another 7 min. My wife used to work at a pizza place and it takes 7 min to cook a pie. So they didnt even start making my food until I get there. Happens all the time. Food is decent

The pizza is good sauce a little sweet. Bad part is I have a menu with coupon for a free 12" cheese pizza when I buy a large. The coupon I have is expired by 15 days however it is a constant promotion that is on a current menu and they would not honor it. I have ordered many pizza from here int he past and was angry when the phone girl said we do not take expired coupons. So I ordered from Fat Rickys down the road and they gave me the free medium cheese pizza deal. NO More vita bella!!. I am now a fat rickys customer.

I have considered this one of the best values of the local Italian restaurants we frequent. However, on our last visit we noted that they have added three large screen TVs on the walls. This really kills any old-world ambience or atmosphere. Not a prudent move. The food was good, as always. Service was slow due to being short that day. We will be back, but take down theTVs!!!!!!
