We used to order from them once a week. We always get the 20 in double dough with two or three meat choices. Since the new management everything has been horrible. They're new idea of double dough is just putting extra dough around the edges of the pizza. While the inside of it is still super super thin. They charge you for double though despite not giving it to you. Also whatever cheese they use is different because now it coagulates differently and there's so much more grease. Delivery took over 3 hours, in which time we were put on hold more than 5 times and almost always hung up on. quality of the pizza and bread has gone down so much. it's just a mess now.

Usually love Vita Bella. In fact, we order from this location all the time. I'm typing this review as I have waited two hours for a pizza and the timeline on the website still says "being prepared." The estimated delivery was 7:05, and it is now 7:45.. I call with no answer or being put on hold with no explanation then a hang up. I can't even cancel my order if I wanted to. Sadly after years of eating here we are now done. We gave you a second chance after a terrible experience a few months ago. Tonight was the last straw. Placed my take out order - was quoted 50 minutes. When we showed up 50 minutes later, they had not even started making our pizzas. We were not the only ones - many others were leaving without pizza. Time to find a new pizza place.
