We order from Vita Bella from time to time, and the food has always been ok, and it's gotten the job done. However, recently we placed a phone order and received the worst attitude from the girl taking the order (Madison was name on the receipt). Long story short, her exchange with me was rude and condescending. There's plenty of other pizza places around so we won't be returning, but not sure if it even matters to them considering how they treat their customers.

the service was great the hostess were very nice and friendly but when it came to the pizza i had to wait almost an hour and 20 minutes for me to get my real pizza because it was burnt two times then i was given the wrong one then when i finally got my pizza the center of the crust was raw. this was the worst food i have ever gotten here. servers names molly and becky

Good pizza but DO NOT order online. It will give you a pickup time that is appropriate for the length of time it takes to make a pizza bit when you get there to pick it up, they'll tell you its another 20 minutes!

Vita Bella has gone way done in quality. I ordered spinach classic pizza 12 inch. When I checked out and picked up the pizza, I knew I was in trouble! There was absolutely no weight to this thin crust pizza. It felt slightly heavier then the box it came in. I open it up and basically got nothing. Barely any spinach on there, even less mozzarella. Vita Bella is good for baiting you with their coupons, but its a joke. They raise their prices, and give you much less for your money. Drive to 95th and go to Lou Malnati or Giordan... read more

I've had enough with this place. I've worked at a pizza place myself. Never was it this bad. I have had enough with their shenanigans for long enough. We order all the time at work or at home and there's always something. It took one full hour from when it was out for delivery to the time we actually got the food. Was burnt and cold.
