So started coming back to Vita Bella after a couple years thinking it would be better. Like clockwork screwing up orders. Can you figure out what the forgot to put on my pizza and made we wait "2 more minutes" (which ended up being 10 minutes)??? Forgot the pepperoni and they decided to just throw a bunch on top. The food is good but I'm pretty sure the girl taking orders doesn't know she works for a pizza place. Don't bother asking any questions because she can't answer them.

Terrible, ordered a sausage pizza. It was soooo greasy the grease puddled and the cheese had slide off. When I called to complain I was told it was the drivers fault. The fact that their kitchen even sent this out is very low quality. The box was so soaked in grease our counter was greasy.

Had to drop this review down. The pasta and wings I ordered from here were absolutely horrendous. The wings were over fried and rock hard. The linguini pasta was way over done and gummy and the arrabiata sauce was old and congealed. Home made pasta dish my A$$! I should have went with my initial instinct and not had ordered pasta. Everyone knows that pasta ordered from a place that is known for pizza is always mediocre at best. I was just hoping Vita would be a little different. Won't make that mistake twice.

Well have to say customer service is not their strong point. Said it would be an hour for a pizza We wait an hour and forty minutes for the pizza and finally call and the person on the phone said I am not sure where your pizza is you will have to wait longer Asked how much longer she says 20 plus minutes Ask for a manager and she says sorry not available You ask to talk to someone in charge besides the call taker and they say you will have to wait You question you have to wait for a manager and they tell you at least 5 ... read more
