This place has me torn. Sometimes it's on point while other times it's kind of a disappointment. Example 1.) Margaritta Pizza, pretty much came with 0 basil, let alone "fresh basil as advertised." The oil was also pretty old...Possibly a rookie pizza maker mistake as I don't think this is a "common' pizza made here... So avoid the Marg, do get a calzone! Best in flavor and service in SW metro that I've found so far (and I've been looking for a year)
Customer service was pretty bad. Manager was rude. After today I will order from any of the dozen pizza places.
Slop on a plate. This place is an embarrassment to pizza. Soggy crust that is unflavorful and worse than dogsh!t. Do not spend your money here , go next door to Champions instead for real Chicago style tavern pizza.
We have been ordering from Vita Bella for years and each year prices go up and quality goes down. I ordered a 12" pizza ( sausage and green peppers) and a tiramisu and with delivery it was $36.78!!!! The sausage and green peppers were so small I couldn't see or taste them. I could have gotten a cheese pizza and saved some money and it would have tasted the same. I'm officially done with this place.

(Find a better place that respects your money) This used to be the spot. Unfortunately ruined by careless employees and Rafael the manager who is as dull as doorknob. The experience hosting a pizza party was ruined. They delivered the wrong order, and I have guests who couldn't eat meat. So everyone is just standing and waiting for the replacement which ended up coming 50 Minutes later. No compensation, no care from the manager Rafael. I wasted $70 hopefully you all take your money elsewhere that actually respects your money... read more

Yeah no look at this tiramisu that was $8. Biggest rip off ever. Pizza was okay but cheese fell off
