I'm disgusted with this place. It's the 2nd time I've had an issue with them, this time was the last straw for me. I was told my 2 pizzas would take 60 mins to be delivered when I ordered online, I called an hr and 20 mins after I ordered and they apologized and said it'll be leaving in 10 mins. I had a party of 6 to feed and 2 babies who were starving. I said if it's going to take longer than the 10 mins I'd like a refund. They promised it wouldn't take more than 10 mins. So we waited. Ordered online to be delivered. Was told it would take 1 hour. Then was extended to 1 hour 15 minutes. We finally called after 1.5 hours as we still hadn't gotten our food. We were told they never put the order in and would be another 1.5 hours. Canceled our order and will never order from them again.

DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE!!!! Be aware of the system having flaws as well as staff rudeness. Have placed my order online - my credit card was charged 3 times within 3 minutes - I have called restaurant and incompetent yet rude person over the phone stated that they don't have my order. (By the way one, I was put on hold for long time plus one phone call was dropped) I understand that those were just authorizations - regardless the money were back to my account within 3 business days - 150$ was gone from it for that man... read more

I don't post reviews but I paid 70$ for two pies here and they were usually perfect over all the years I have been ordering from Vita, but as you can see in the image today was a total disaster the pizza was lukewarm at best while the crust is completely falling apart and looked like that when I opened the box, I think they used over fermented or old dough. I could literally pick up a pizza from aldi for 7$ and it would have been better. What has happened to this place?

Gave clear directions to deliver to the garage, delivery driver did not read directions and caused issues would not order again. Also pizza sucked
