I don't post reviews but I paid 70$ for two pies here and they were usually perfect over all the years I have been ordering from Vita, but as you can see in the image today was a total disaster the pizza was lukewarm at best while the crust is completely falling apart and looked like that when I opened the box, I think they used over fermented or old dough. I could literally pick up a pizza from aldi for 7$ and it would have been better. What has happened to this place?

Gave clear directions to deliver to the garage, delivery driver did not read directions and caused issues would not order again. Also pizza sucked

We preordered and prepaid for a catering event for 4.24.2021. Driver showed up 22 minutes late with only half the order and looked at us cluelessly, then left claiming he will return with the other half of the order. Without being able to even keep the food warm due to the lack of chafing dishes, he returned 45 minutes later STILL WITHOUT THE COMPLETE ORDER! I wonder if this restaurant is under new management? The combo sandwich has been made about 40% smaller. They have soup on the menu, but yet they didn't have any. They didn't even have ketchup for the french fries, not to mention the portion size is much smaller. This used to be a good place to eat at, but after my recent visit, I doubt that I'll return.

Ordered from vita Bella online. Order was supposed to be ready at a certain time, showed up a little late and still waited nearly 40 minutes longer. Never got an apology. Was at one point told it'd be ready in 5 minutes, but it ended up being 30 minutes past that. All of that would've been "ok" if the food was good. But it wasn't. The biggest offender was the pizza which was actually burnt. Highly doubt we'd give them another chance as this was a "second" chance as it was.
